Most reports of voting irregularities were dropped by the county prosecutors because the \u201cvoter fraud\u201d problems were determined to have been caused by simple mistakes and confused senior citizens, according to a Cleveland Plain Dealer investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Voter fraud in Ohio is a fifth-degree felony and could carry up to a year in prison.
