For instance, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) \u2014 the GOP\u2019s spokesman on economic issues \u2014 told the Washington Examiner on Thursday that the party will \u201carticulate our vision\u201d to replace the law, but wouldn\u2019t necessarily offer a legislative solution.<\/p>\n<p>This approach contrasts sharply from Republican\u2019s pledge to \u201creplace\u201d reform as soon as it became law in 2010.
